Question: What is a really good waterproof mascara and eyeliner?

I go to the beach like everyday in the summer to surf and i stay all day and im in the water most of the time and i need to know of a good mascara and pencil/ automatic eyeliner that i can find a drug store and that wont smudge and give me raccoon eyes. Thankss (:

For the eyeliner i would recommend Revlons Color Stay eyeliner because it doesn't smudge at all! You can find it at your local drug store.I would also recommend the Urban Decay 24/ 7 Glide on eye pencil. It's really creamy and it stays on pretty good. You can buy it at Sephora or the Urban Decay store.
