Yeah, you actually can, but I don`t like doing it, because Vaseline never comes off. It leaves your eyelids greasy and no matter how many times you try to tissue it off, it just stays there, Ha Ha. Instead try olive oil as a natural makeup remover and a cotton ball. It works like a charm and is good for conditioning your lashes. Hope I helped.
