Question: Good brands of waterproof makeup at drugstores?!?

Are there any kinds of it at a drug store I can get? I don't want to spend a ton of money on it! lol thx!

Maybelline define a lash waterproof is my pernal fave, worth around about 7.99 - 8.99, it gives you thick volumnised lashes and won't budge unless you invest in a good makeup remover :)

Is there a specific waterproof product you want? As far as waterproof mascaras go, the Maybelline Colossal, in the waterproof version of course, is amazing. I swear, that thing does not budge! I'm not sure what else you want to find that's waterproof but I hope this helps!

I've tried tons of mascaras (I'm kind of an addict) and the absolute best waterproof one I've found is Volum' Express by Maybelline.
