Question: Whats the best brand of waterproof makeup(eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara) to swim without smudging?

The Lorac line sold at Sephora has an eye liner that literally seems like its painted on. Its called Front of the Line Pro. I use it on all of my clients. Also, the mascara works great. But im sorry hon, there is no such thing as a water proof eyeshaow. the closest you could come to would be using an eye primer (such as TOO FACED SHADOW INSURANCE) and then use a cream shadow with it. hope this helps

My fav is dinair airbrush makeup because they have a line of waterproof foundation called paramedical that u can swim with...i love their stuff...ive been suing their makeup for almost 3 years and it rocks...it covers everything and makes my skin look flawless...anywho...hope i helped...happy new year!! = )
