Question: Really strong eye makeup remover for waterproof makeup?

The one I'm using isn't very strong, so I have to rub very had which irritates my eyes and skin. Any suggestions? I live in the UK :)

If you guys get a product called Almay there then their Oil free eye makeup remover pads I found worked very well. One pad took everything off, including my foundation. It is good for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Too Faced makes a wonderful make up remover called Lash Injection Antidote. It seems like it can power through anything. I'm not certain it's available in the UK, but it's worth it to check!
