Question: What is a good/cheap brand of waterproof makeup?

I want to get some waterproof makeup for this summer. i want eyeliner, mascara, and concealer. i want good quality but not expensive. like 5$ or under if thats possible. thanks for any advice!

I love Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner. It doesn't come off unless you want it to. I've forgotten to take my makeup off at night, and in the morning it looks exactly the same. And they run about $6 each.
