Question: What's the best waterproof makeup for summer?

I'm 13 years old and plan on going swimming and to the beach this summer, so I need some waterproof makeup. I usually wear foundation, blush, illuminator, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, lipgloss, and sometimes eyeshadow. I don't plan on wearing all of that to the pool, but I want some waterproof eyeliner, mascara, blush, and maybe some lipstick/ gloss and a light foundation. Also, do they make waterproof eyeshadow? I'm going to the beach with my friends and want to look good. I have pale skin and green eyes. I want my makeup to be bright and airy. If you could give me some suggestions for colors too, they would be appreciated. Best answer gets ten points! Thanks!

Hey The key to summer makeup is light weight. You shouldn't need a lot in this season. All i use is covergirl waterproof volume exact mascara, waterproof eyeliner, some powder every now and then, and sometimes eyeshadow. But that's just me... For you I recommend using -waterproof eyeliner (easy to find in any brand just look for the word waterproof) -Some covergirl waterproof mascara (or any brand you choose, but i found this brand really does stay on in the water) -I think you could get by not using any foundation, but if you want you could use a light translucent powder to absorb any excess oil and cover blemishes lightly (if you even have any) -Then if you think it's necessary you could use some nice golden toned eyeshadows to make your green eyes pop. I don't know of any waterproof brands for that but if you are careful it should stay on.

Http:/ / stylelist.com/ shopping/ waterproof-make-up look at this site it might help! I also have some of the Almay mascara that brightens your eye color and that is good mascara. It doesn't say waterproof but every time I use it, it doesn't run! I hope I have helped!!

Well for eyeliner. Theres this great stuff from mac called fluidline. You can get the waterproof version. It works amazingllyy. Another basic but good thing is the pigment eyeliner by jane. You can get it for about $7 from Walmart or basicly any store.

To wear that much makeup to a beach is out of this world ridiculous. The key to looking your best in the summer is to use as little as possible. The sun is out so you're going to get a healthy glow and look fantastic without going overboard on products. I would simply suggest a great tinted moisturizer with an spf, waterproof mascara (if you find that necessary) and lip gloss or lip balm. Summer is about looking natural. I understand that you're 13 and feel the need to go crazy and wear a ton of a makeup but you will honestly look best if you wear as little as possible.

Hay i am a MaryKay Conslutant and we have a light tinted mosterizer waterproof mascara. they don't make waterproff blush yet but you can do the eye liner with eyeshadow. check out the marykay.com thanks bonnie you can e-mail me if u want hubbardbl@gamil.com
