Question: What are some good waterproof makeups for the summer?

I NEED good waterproof makeups for this summer!! I can't go swimming and have makeup running down my face. I bought waterproof mascara today (maybelline volume express). Does that work at all? I usually use MAC smolder black eyeliner and I don't know if they make it in waterproof? Is there any other good waterproof eyeliners? Also, I get dark circles under my eyes so I usually use Maybelline Dream matte mousse foundation. But thats not waterproof, as I have discovered. Is there any waterproof concealers? Lastly, I use Rimmel eyeshadows. Any waterproof eyeshadows out there? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Volume express works ok, but i've used better ones. the best waterproof mascara i've ever used (and i normally can't use them because they burn my eyes) that actually works is cover girls lash exact waterproof. it literally stays on all day and doesn't come off. you can wear it when your swimming. smash box makes a waterproof eyeshadow, my sister uses it and loves it! :) there actually aren't a lot of other waterproof eye shadows out there but there are a lot of waterproof eyeliners to choose from. urban decay's 24/ 7, and maybelline's unstoppable work great :) for foundation, i wouldn't use a powder foundation (when i go swimming with them they come right off) but maybelline has a waterproof concealer that works ok. you can try wearing a little bit of liquid foundation or tinted moisturizer (make sure it has sunscreen in it so your face will be protected) and see if it stays on (my sisters does) but after you get tan you wont really need to wear that much foundation.
