Waterproof Foundation Homepage

Question: What is the best waterproof foundation/cover up?

I need something that won't wash off in water ...something that can be bought at a drugstore would be preferable any suggestions i need to cover acne and scars they aren't terrible but i am still in the process of getting rid of it

All foundation will come off a little in the water. as long as you don't try to wash it off then your foundation won't come off. to cover acne, you should get concealer. l'oreal true match is a good foundation that gives good coverage.
